Prohibited content & commerce
In an effort to maintain the highest levels of email mail delivery and IP reputation, as well as to adhere to various state, federal, and international laws, Newsletterhub prohibits the use of any Newsletterhub services by any individual, company, or website that engages in any of the following:
1. Manufactures, markets, sells or offers to sell the following products or content (or services related to the same):
1. Pornography or illicitly pornographic sexual products. This includes but is not restricted to magazines, videos, software, and related sexual products.
2. Escort and dating services;
3. Illegal goods and materials;
4. Illegal drugs and illegal drug contraband;
5. Pirated computer programs or related software;
6. Instructions on how to assemble or otherwise make bombs, grenades or other harmful weapons
2. Displays or markets material that exploits the health and well being of children, or otherwise exploits children under 18 years of age
3. Posts or discloses any personally identifying information or private information about children without their consent (or their parents consent in case of a minor)
4. Manufactures, markets, sells or offers to sell products, services, or content frequently associated with unsolicited commercial email, a.k.a. spam. Examples of such industries include;
1. Online and direct pharmaceutical sales. This includes but is not restricted to health and sexual well being products
2. Personal 'work at home' offers promoting "get rich quick / build your wealth / financial independence". This includes but is not restricted to; the solicitation of participants to be involved in pyramid schemes / multi-level, channel, and/or network marketing
3. Credit or finance management. This includes but is not restricted to; credit repair, debt relief, stock and/or trading tips, and mortgage finance offers
4. DJ / nightclub, event / club promotions, and party lists.
5. Odds making, betting / gambling services. This includes but is not restricted to; poker, casino games, horse/dog racing, college and pro sporting events.
5. Provides material that is grossly offensive, including blatant expressions of bigotry, prejudice, racism, hatred or excessive profanity or post any obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy, excessively violent, harassing or otherwise objectionable content
6. Manufactures, sells, or promotes any products or services that are unlawful in the location at which the content is posted or received
7. Introduces viruses, worms, harmful code and/or Trojan horses on the Internet
8. Engages in any libelous, defamatory, scandalous, threatening, harassing activity
9. Posts any content that advocates, promotes or otherwise encourages violence against any governments, organizations, groups, or individuals or which provides instruction, information or assistance in causing or carrying out such violence
10. Provides content, including copy and images, of authors, artists, photographers or others without prior express written consent of the content owner
In addition, Newsletterhub reserves the right to prohibit the use of Newsletterhub by any company or site in its sole discretion.
