The Small Print
Please note: Newsletterhub is a monthly newsletter or email marketing service. The free trial period is to enable you to evaluate our service with no risk, cost or obligation on your part. Once we receive your request one of our team will contact you to confirm availability of your preferred newsletter in your area (only applies with our written-for-you newsletters) and to agree the target transmission date for your first newsletter. At the end of your free trial we will contact you to see if you would like to continue your subscription and (if you do) only then will we open your account and to set up your direct debit for future issues. Your set up fees and first months (paid for) subscription become due as we send your second newsletter for your approval. Monthly (paid for) subscriptions include a free number of email transmissions per month. If the total emails you send exceed your inclusive monthly amount an additional, highly competitive flat rate fee of 1p per email sent will apply. Unused emails, below your subscription limit, cannot be rolled over. There is no minimum term. If you cancel during a billing cycle you will not be charged a monthly fee for the subsequent month. Any excess charges that apply during the month of cancellation will still fall due. Payment for this service is by direct debit and is payable on the 1st of every month until you cancel the subscription. All direct debit payments are covered by the direct debit guarantee.
